FOR BEACH BARS

QR code menu for beach bars

The menu doesn't blow away, get wet or covered in sunscreen. Guests scan from the sunbed and see coffees, cocktails and snacks in their own language.

We reply to messages only — so your menu photos and everything we agree stay in one place.

Familiar problems on the beach

  • Menus that get wet and go missing

Sand, salt, sunscreen and wind. Every season you print them again and again.

  • Waiters running around with menus

Back and forth across the sand to bring menus, instead of serving.

  • Prices that change mid-season

A new cocktail in August, a new beer price — and the printed menu falls behind.

What your beach bar gets

  • A QR code on every sunbed

One QR code for the whole venue: print as many copies as you need, as stickers or cards on every umbrella.

  • Photos that sell

A cocktail with a photo is far more tempting than a line of text.

  • 11 languages for tourists

Scandinavian and Polish guests read the menu in their language, without calling the waiter.

  • Edit from your phone

New price or new cocktail, from behind the bar, in a minute. The QR code stays the same.

  • On Google under your name

With Business, anyone searching “menu” plus your beach bar's name finds your menu.

  • Free in winter

Closing in October? Switch to Free and your menu waits, ready for May.

Questions from beach bars

Can guests order from the sunbed?

On Free and Business, no: guests choose at their own pace and call the waiter — who no longer needs to bring menus. Ordering from the sunbed comes with Professional, set up for your beach bar.

Where do I put the QR code?

On every umbrella or sunbed, at the bar and at the entrance. It's the same QR code everywhere, so print as many copies as you need.

Will the QR code survive sun and water?

It depends on the print. Use laminated cards or waterproof, UV-resistant stickers, and a QR code of at least 4 × 4 cm.

What happens in winter?

Switch to the free plan and pay nothing until next season. In May, turn Business back on.

How much does a season cost?

Business costs €4.99 a month. For six months, May to October, that's €29.94. There's also Free, free forever.
