Which cookies the platoo.gr website uses and how to change your choice. Statistics and advertising cookies are set only if you allow them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They help the site remember your choices, for example, or let us count how many visitors come.
2. How we ask for consent
On your first visit a banner shows the options “Accept all”, “Reject” and “Settings”. Until you choose, only necessary cookies are active.
We use Google Consent Mode. Before you agree, Google tools don’t store cookies on your device. They may still send Google cookieless signals (for example, that a page loaded), from which Google estimates aggregate statistics.
3. Cookie categories
- Necessary — store your cookie choice. Always on (Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, Greek Law 3471/2006).
- Statistics — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Platoo’s own statistics. Show how many visitors come, which pages they read, which buttons they use and how they move around the page.
- Advertising — Google Ads. Measure whether our ads bring visitors.

Platoo’s own statistics use your browser’s storage (localStorage) instead of cookies. Both entries are created only after you allow statistics:

- Duration: 2 years (like the Google Analytics _ga cookie), or until you withdraw consent
- analytics_session

- Duration: A new visit starts after 6 hours of inactivity
Microsoft Clarity also stores cookies on its own domain clarity.ms (CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR, SM, up to 1 year), only after you allow statistics. The demo menu (menu.platoo.io) has its own cookies and storage — see section 6 of the privacy policy. The website uses no social media cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.
5. How to change your choice
Open the settings with the button below or with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
