Pricing questions
How much does a QR menu cost with Platoo?
Free costs €0, forever. Business costs €4.99 a month or €50.88 a year (€4.24 a month). Professional, for chains and hotels, is priced on request. There is no setup fee.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit and no card. It includes one venue, one menu, unlimited dishes, photos, ingredients and allergens. It doesn't include automatic translations or visibility on Google.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You try Business free for 14 days. We email you one day before the first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, whenever you want, from your account settings. The change applies from the next billing cycle. There is no lock-in.
I close in winter. Do I have to pay all year?
No. Pay monthly while you are open and switch to Free in winter. Yearly billing only pays off if you are open 11 months or more.
Monthly or yearly billing?
Yearly billing is 15% cheaper: €4.24 a month instead of €4.99, paid once a year (€50.88). It's the best choice for venues open all year.
Do my guests pay anything?
No. Guests scan the QR code and see the menu on their phone — no app, no sign-up, no charge.
Who sets up the menu?
You can build it yourself. If you start a Business trial, we set it up for you in 24 hours: send us photos of your paper menu on Viber, WhatsApp or email.
